Thailand has signed the GloBE MCAA (Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of GloBE Information) to facilitate the exchange of tax information regarding large multinational enterprise groups under the Global Minimum Tax framework.The OECD officially announced Thailand as a signatory on September 8, 2026, and Thailand is scheduled to commence the first exchange of GloBE Information Return (GIR) data with partner jurisdictions by December 2027.
