The Department of Business Development (DBD) is upgrading its services to digital government. From July 1, 2026 onwards,
the registration of partnerships and limited companies (new establishment) must be done through the DBD Biz Regist system only. Walk-in (paper) applications will no longer be accepted.
Things entrepreneurs should know:
100% online registration of new companies.
Submit applications anytime, anywhere, 24/7.
Reduces time, costs, and travel.
Track status and receive documents electronically.
Note:
This change affects only new registrations.
For company amendment and revision registrations, please follow the guidelines set by the Department for each service.
RPACC is ready to provide consultation. If you wish to establish a new company or need registration done through the DBD Biz Regist system, please contact the RPACC team for consultation and accurate and efficient processing.
